3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If canceled by the customer:
- More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund.
- 15–29 days before the trip: 25% cancellation fee.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- If canceled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, or health issues).
